Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases and subscriptions made through ClearLedger, operated by Physical Entrepreneur (Dmytro Onofriiuk).
All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
All payments made to ClearLedger, including monthly subscription fees, are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to partial use of a billing period, dissatisfaction with features, accidental purchases, or failure to cancel before a renewal date.
1. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
ClearLedger provides a comprehensive free tier that allows you to fully evaluate the core features of the Service before making any payment. The free tier includes:
- Full budget tracking with Plan vs Fact methodology
- Monthly and dashboard views
- 5 visual themes
- Currency selection
- Basic savings goal tracking
Because you have the opportunity to thoroughly test the Service at no cost before subscribing, we consider all paid subscriptions to be informed purchasing decisions and do not provide refunds.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Your account will automatically revert to the Free tier once the paid period expires.
- No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period.
To cancel your subscription, use the subscription management portal accessible through your account settings or through our payment processor's customer portal.
3. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, charge after successful cancellation), please contact us at support@managefinance.it.com within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if a billing error is confirmed, issue a correction.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
4. Service Discontinuation
In the unlikely event that we permanently discontinue the ClearLedger Service, we will provide active Pro subscribers with a prorated refund for any unused portion of their current billing period, calculated from the date of discontinuation.
5. Exceptions
We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider exceptions to this policy in extraordinary circumstances. Any such exception does not create a precedent or obligation for future requests.
